As a Host/Cashier, you'll be the friendly face at the point of sale, ensuring that our guests leave with a smile. Your attention to detail and customer-focused approach will help create a positive guest experience.As a Host/Cashier, you'll ensure smooth and accurate transactions. In this role, you will:Process guest payments accurately, handling cash, credit, and other transactions.Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing guest needs.Assist with seating guests, as needed, and support the host team during busy periods.Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, following all health and safety guidelines.Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed.Collaborate with the team to ensure guests have a seamless experience from start to finish.Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with people.
