THE WORK

Hybrid Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely part time and report to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings. Report to the Command IQ and Advanced Concepts Business Operations Manager, responsible for all aspects of Program Finance for a portfolio of Contracts. Drive business results for a major portfolio of programs by integrating data from various teams including program finance, master planning, estimating, contracts, engineering, supply chain and other functions. Manage short and long‑range financial and program performance internally and externally; internal financial management includes contract orders, sales, profit, cash, and capital expenditures; external management involves earned value management, program budget baselines and program performance reporting. Assess risks and opportunities that affect portfolio/program performance and help develop associated action plans in coordination with program management. Interface and partner with external customers and internal stakeholders, support new business pursuits in development of competitive proposals and play a key role in strategic business case development and analysis. * US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Basic Qualifications Earned Value Management Experience FP&A Experience Ability to multitask and lead across several competing priorities and meet tight deadlines Experience with SAP, Cobra, ECE, Hyperion and other Program Performance Management tools Proven finance and business operations skills Strong analytic skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point and other Microsoft Office tools Strong communication skills to explain complex topics in an easy to understand way, and experience presenting to executive management. * US citizenship is required. Clearance Level: Secret Remote Work Part‑time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate & Benefits Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
