World of Coca-Cola Cafe Team Lead

Overview The Cafe' Team Lead Ambassador is responsible for supporting operations at Bottle Cap Café, delivering exceptional guest experience, best-in-class health & safety standards, and maintaining revenue and profit performance. The role leads all Café Ambassadors in the absence of the Associate Manager, overseeing both Front and Back of House operations. Responsibilities Support overall operational functions of the Bottle Cap Café. Adhere to opening and closing checklists/SOPs and ensure Café standards are met during each shift. Refer duties requiring manager approval to the appropriate Leader on Duty. Assist Ambassadors with POS transactions, including refunds, returns and service recoveries. Train and retrain Ambassadors on Standard Operating Procedures. Obtain, count, and deposit cash and coins as needed during the shift. Act as a Brand Ambassador by consistently modeling The Coca-Cola Company Core Values, driving brand awareness, and encouraging lasting customer relationships. Monitor guests and surrounding areas for potential safety concerns or hazards, and adhere to World of Coca-Cola safety procedures. Maintain a positive attitude and welcoming demeanor around guests and ambassadors. Interact with guests with differing abilities in a respectful manner, enforcing inclusion training provided by The Coca-Cola Company and World of Coca-Cola. Handle guest situations in a professional, quick, thorough, and respectful manner. Complete all required training on Life Safety, Evacuation, PCI Compliance, and ADA. Handle cash and credit transactions in a fast-pace environment. Perform other duties as assigned by World of Coca-Cola Leadership Team. Qualifications High school diploma. Successfully pass a drug screen and criminal background check. At least one year of experience in foodservice operations within the hospitality and/or customer service industry. Familiarity with computerized POS systems and inventory software. Experience delivering best-in-class guest experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability, ability to work under pressure and produce accurate results in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with practical multitasking skills. Maintain high standards in guest service. Professional appearance and style at all times. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds without assistance. Continuous walking and standing for 6-8 hours. Regularly balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Ability to climb and navigate multiple levels via stairs or elevator. Continuous exposure to outside temperatures, including extreme heat or cold. Ability to work in noisy, crowded, and tight spaces. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: United States of America: $38,032 USD - $43,465 USD (base pay may vary based on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience).
