HVAC Service Technician

Pay Depends on experience. Profit sharing program for all employees. Annual pay review. Benefits Company vehicle, gas card, and phone. Main Tasks Be safe – safety is the #1 priority. Maintain and troubleshoot commercial HVAC equipment. Service split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, DX systems, etc. Test and replace parts using appropriate instruments. Remain customer service focused. Experience or Certification Needed 5 years of HVAC service experience. EPA universal certification preferred. OSHA 10 preferred. Essential Qualifications Keep it a drug‑free workplace. Be punctual and reliable. Work 10‑hour days and overtime when necessary. On‑call availability. Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors. Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60lbs. Work efficiently in confined spaces. Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
