Senior Virtual Health Coach - Diabetes & Chronic Care

Teladoc Health, Inc. is seeking an Expert Coach II to provide whole-person, 1:1 coaching remotely in the United States. The role focuses on empowering members to self-manage chronic conditions and improve health outcomes through Motivational Interviewing and tailored education. You will mentor colleagues, develop educational content, and stay current with CDCES guidelines and ADCES 7 self-care behaviors.
