This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient material flow, smooth production operations, and on-time delivery of high-quality products.Come see who we are at: team is growing, and there has never been a more exciting time to join us.**What would you do as our Door Support Operations Manager?**You will manage daily support operations by assigning resources, supporting manufacturing teams, and removing barriers to performance. You will be a visible leader on the shop floor, promoting safety, engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.**You would also:*** Promote a safety-first culture, including stopping work when unsafe conditions or quality concerns are identified.* Lead participation in daily start-up meetings, safety talks, and operational priorities.* Drive engagement through the CHIP Program, PEER Program, and GEMBA communication boards.* Maintain a consistent shop floor presence to support employees and operations.* Plan and adjust manpower assignments to meet production schedules and labor goals.* Schedule vacations and holidays in alignment with operational needs and manage timekeeping documentation.* Train, onboard, coach, and motivate employees to drive engagement and performance.* Provide performance feedback, recognition, and corrective action in line with company policy.* Identify and help implement process improvements impacting safety, quality, and efficiency.* Support departmental and company-wide goals through tracking and reporting as needed.* Monitor material inventory levels within assigned areas.* Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.* Perform special assignments and other duties as assigned.* Maintain adherence to all corporate Environmental Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.**The Skills and Experience You Need:*** Post–high school education preferred* Supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing or operations environment preferred* Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills* Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced production environment* Basic computer proficiency* Flexibility to work hours as required by operational needs* Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment**What we offer!** We believe in creating opportunities and providing benefits that empower you to grow, thrive, and build a rewarding lifelong career with us.
