Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a Mammography Technologist with strong inpatient and outpatient experience to perform diagnostic and screening mammograms. The candidate must be registered in mammography, possess relevant certifications, and be capable of handling digital and 3D DBT imaging.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and screening mammograms with precision and adherence to safety standards.
• Document the number of mammograms performed since October 2023 and prepare a list of 25 supervised mammograms during training.
• Maintain and update all required CE certificates, diplomas, and documentation from training.
• Complete and submit ARRT verification and procedure logs as specified post-training.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and facility-specific protocols, including documentation and hours reporting.
• Adhere to scheduling policies, including no weekends, no call, and availability for every other holiday.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current ARRT certification in mammography and registration.
• Possess a mammogram training certificate with documented hours in digital and 3D DBT imaging.
• Have at least 1 year of recent mammography experience in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Be registered and licensed as required by state laws, with the ability to obtain a temporary license if needed.
• Minimum 8 hours of CE in digital mammography and 8 hours in 3D DBT training.
• Be proficient in EPIC and possess BLS certification.
