EVENT STAFF - $20 to $30/hr Depending on Position

EVENT DATE - September 2026

We are seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Event Staff for a large-scale convention taking place at the Anaheim Convention Center. There are various positions that we need to fill. Working the full week is NOT guaranteed. Please see majority of the positions below:

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Location: Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim, CA
• Pay Rate: $20–$30 per hour (based on role and experience)

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Check-in attendees and manage registration areas
• Provide directions and assist guests throughout the venue
• Support crowd management and maintain organized lines
• Distribute materials such as badges, programs, or merchandise
• Work closely with team leads to ensure smooth event operations

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Punctual and dependable
• Prior event or customer service experience is a plus (not required)

ROLES

Supervisor

• Manage event staffs within designated areas
• Direct communication with client's managers
• Coordinate breaks for event staffs
• Must be able to multitask

Set up/Break down

• Setting up and breaking down materials for event
