What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction, ensuring customers feel heard, respected, and supported. Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone calls, emails, and future chat inquiries. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive, calm, and solution-oriented approach. Provide repair updates and clear explanations regarding service processes. Offer maintenance guidance and product education to enhance customer satisfaction. Recommend products or services tailored to meet individual customer needs. Maintain accurate documentation and follow through on open issues to ensure full resolution. Continuously learn and stay current on Browning and Winchester products. Adapt to new systems and technologies as needed. Represent the company at consumer and dealer events when required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service support. Requirements Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. 1–3 years of customer service experience (call center or service desk experience preferred). Strong computer proficiency (MS Office required; Oracle database experience a plus). Typing proficiency required. Hunting and/or shooting experience preferred.
