Senior Payroll Administrator

Are you a payroll expert who thrives on accuracy, compliance, and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to manage full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll for a multi-state workforce while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. What You'll Do: Process multi-state payroll from start to finish Audit timekeeping records and payroll data Manage employee pay changes, deductions, garnishments, and tax updates Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll issues Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Support payroll audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives Deliver outstanding support to employees while maintaining strict confidentiality What We're Looking For: 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and tax regulations Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Excel CPP certification preferred Detail-oriented professional with a commitment to integrity, service, and excellence If you're passionate about payroll accuracy and enjoy being a trusted partner across the organization, we'd love to hear from you.
