Epic Willow Analyst I

Job Overview The Epic Willow Analyst I is responsible for basic system configuration, maintenance, and support for Willow Ambulatory applications under direct supervision. The Analyst I focuses on foundational tasks such as system build, end-user support, and routine troubleshooting. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a position with similar primary duties in a healthcare setting (analysis, build, testing). Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare IT or pharmacy operations. Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field preferred. Epic Willow Ambulatory certification or willingness to obtain certification within six months. Compensation $82,334.72 - $102,918.40 annually. Actual salary offers consider factors such as budget, experience, skills, education, licensure, certifications, and other business considerations.
