Position Responsibilities

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing residents with quality daily care and emotional support.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Providing routine nursing care according to care plans and supervisor direction
• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition
• Taking and documenting vital signs
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Supporting residents with compassion, dignity, and respect

Qualifications

✔ Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
✔ Compassionate and dependable attitude
✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills
✔ Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced healthcare environment
