Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Support clients in daily living activities and promote independence.
• Document and track client progress and behavior in compliance with care plans.
• Assist with medication management and ensure adherence to prescribed treatments.
• Engage clients in recreational and social activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to coordinate care.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering trust and rapport.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience in direct support or caregiving roles is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
