• This group is a West Virginia based health system with a small critical access hospital in the area.
• Group has 12 total locations and over 500 providers.
• Been located in the area since 1928.
• 25 Bed Hospital with great work life balance.

Provider's Role: Internal Medicine

• Location: Keyser, West Virginia (30 mins from Cumberland, MD)
• Fully Outpatient
• Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the community.
• Provide Acute, Preventative, and Chronic Disease management.
• Serve as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team.
• Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail.
• 4 Day Work Week
• 20 Patients per Day
• No Call

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Ability to hold an unrestricted state of West Virginia MD or DO licensure
