Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state of Colorado; 0 years minimum experience; Ability to start on 08/24/2026
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization, ideally with Select Medical; 6 months' duration desired
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The therapist will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, document clinical activities, and participate in professional development. Adherence to state practice acts, maintaining licensure in good standing, and compliance with organizational performance improvement initiatives are essential.
