PROPERTY INFORMATION:
Hilton Baton Rouge offers a welcoming workplace in downtown Baton Rouge, located along the Mississippi River and close to the Louisiana Old State Capitol and USS KIDD Veterans Museum. Team members support amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool with views of the river and city skyline. The hotel features on-site dining at Kingfish Grill, serving steaks, seafood, and daily breakfast, along with a lobby lounge offering cocktails and small plates. It's a polished, full-service environment ideal for staff who enjoy providing attentive hospitality in a historic downtown setting. Application deadline for Colorado positions:

- Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is in its perfect place. Detail lovers, this is your time to shine.
- Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. You're the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
- The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
- Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch-even in the wee hours.
- Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: If you're fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs-and you've got a knack for solving problems solo-you'll fit right in.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
- 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
