Description

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient environments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Engage collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehab professionals to enhance patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic goals, discharge plans, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with facility regulations
• Take part in interdisciplinary team rounds and conferences to ensure a unified approach to care

Education

• Earned Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
