We serve both individual consumers and business clients in a convenient walk-in setting.This position is based in a walk-in retail lab environment, where patients can access testing without traditional barriers. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate specimen collection and delivering a professional, efficient, and positive patient experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform venipuncture and specimen collection with accuracy and careProperly label, handle, and process specimens in accordance with protocolsEnsure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company standardsProvide excellent customer service in a retail healthcare settingSupport a wide range of services including blood testing, drug screening, and DNA/paternity testingAssist with front desk duties as needed (check-in, scheduling, data entry, payments)Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentQualificationsPhlebotomy certification preferred (or equivalent experience)Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsBasic computer and data entry skills requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly payFlexible part-time scheduleSupportive, team-oriented work environmentOpportunity to grow within a nationally recognized healthcare brandCompensation: Highly competitive salary commensurate with experience.
