The role involves delivering skilled care during scheduled visits, with an emphasis on patient rehabilitation and education to promote independence. Job Details Position: PT - Monday through Friday, no weekends Specialty: Home Health Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required Education and Experience: 1 year of relevant experience minimum, including proficiency in charting systems such as Homecare Homebase (HCHB); license in hand; experience in acute care, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, or home health preferred Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Valid license, active drivers license, personal transportation, and timely communication and documentation are mandatory Additional Information: The caseload involves 5-7 patients daily, with visits scheduled to total 30 per week, ensuring a 40-hour workweek guarantee. The position covers territories up to a 60-mile radius across parts of Walla Walla, Columbia, and Umatilla counties. Submission Requirements: Must be submitted with an active license and availability for Monday orientation. RTO requests should be submitted at application. On-call rotation may be required.
