Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab is sponsoring a FREE CNA Training Program to help you begin your healthcare journey in Millersburg, PA .
Before the program begins, you will work part-time in a non-certified ancillary role (such as dietary or housekeeping) within our facility. This allows you to gain hands-on experience, earn income, and prepare for success before transitioning into the CNA class and a full-time CNA role upon successful completion .

Class Start Date: March 2, 2026
Second Class Start Date: March 30, 2026
Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Status: Full-Time
Shift Requirement: Evening and night shifts
Must be 18 years or older
Must be hired into a part-time ancillary (non-certified) position
Must work a minimum of 30 days in the ancillary role prior to CNA class start
Must successfully complete CNA training and certification requirements
Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility
Must be available to work evening and night shifts as a CNA
Dietary / Kitchen Services
Housekeeping / Laundry
Schedules vary based on department needs.
