Job Title: Level 2 Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Float Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Med/Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Two (2) years License: RN License (New York ONLY) Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association ONLY) Must-Have: Telemetry Experience Required Description: The Level 2 Registered Nurse is accountable for providing competent care based on established standards. This role is under the direction of the Nurse Manager. The Level 2 Registered Nurse assumes an expanded role. Responsibilities may include charge nurse duties, precepting, and participation in committees. Candidates must possess telemetry experience. An RN license from New York is required. BLS certification from the American Heart Association is also mandatory. Two years of nursing experience is necessary for this position.
