We have the unique responsibility and privilege of providing care on the home front while supporting Department of Defense operational missions abroad. Qualifications: Graduated from an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accredited training program in Internal Medicine, Neurology, Family Practice, or Neurology and Psychiatry. Board certified in sleep medicine by the American Board of Sleep Medicine (ABSM) or certified in sleep medicine by either a member board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or a member board of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). Possess and maintain certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sleep Medicine Physician within the preceding 3 years. Work Schedule: Services shall be provided Monday - Friday between the hours of 0730 and 1630 for an 8.5 or 9-hour period, including an uncompensated 30- or 60-minute meal break, respectively. Services will normally not be required on day of observance of Federal holidays, unless providing on-call services.
