Environmental Health & Safety Specialist

The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Regulatory/Environmental Specialist to support a world-class client in Maplewood, MN. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) representative for R&D laboratories and pilot plants. Lead EHS risk assessments and support hazard identification activities. Coordinate hazardous waste management and laboratory clean-out activities. Conduct routine EHS inspections and participate in incident investigations. Support EHS programs to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related technical field. Experience or strong interest in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS). Experience in an R&D or laboratory environment is preferred. Strong communication, organization, documentation, and project management skills.
