The Bizarre Agency is hiring Entry-Level Event Sales Representatives to join our growing team in the Miami area.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in an energetic, team-oriented environment. No previous sales or marketing experience is required; full training is provided.

As an Event Sales Representative, you'll represent campaigns for nationally recognized nonprofit organizations at live events, retail locations, and community activations throughout the Miami area. You'll engage directly with members of the public, communicate campaign information, generate interest and support, and work toward individual and team performance goals.

What You'll Do

• Represent nonprofit campaigns at live events, retail locations, and community activations
• Engage with customers and members of the public face-to-face
• Explain campaign information clearly and confidently
• Build positive relationships and create memorable customer experiences
• Help generate interest and support for client campaigns
• Work toward daily individual and team sales goals
• Collaborate with other Event Sales Representatives and team leaders
• Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training
