Insurance Claims Manager Excess And Surplus Commercial Lines Supervisor Team Leader Leadership Commercial Auto General Liability Automobile Insurance Commercial Claims Personal Bodily Injury Property Damage _ .

Lead team of Liability Claims Desk Adjusters handling Property and Commercial General Liability claims, including Premise Liability, from inception to close.

• Investigate insurance claims based on coverage, appraisal results, and verifiable damage.

• Motivate employees to meet production service standards, and provide coaching and development to help employees grow and succeed.

• Research and respond to customer complaints, take appropriate action, and ensure follow up communications occur.

• Maintain and increase skills and knowledge on an on-going basis; attend workshops, seminars, and other training sessions as appropriate.

• Meet with clients and third party administrators as appropriate.

• Monitor quality assurance program, conduct monthly call reviews with team members, identify trends, and provide appropriate direction.
