This is an exciting opportunity to join our family-owned private practice. In just 7 years, MOTI has built 4 large Los Angeles clinics. The MOTI team is close-knit, yet sizable enough to include a variety of specialists, with therapists from diverse backgrounds specializing in sports medicine, pelvic floor therapy, DNS-based therapeutic exercise, AFS-based therapeutic exercise, pilates-based rehab, dance medicine, and more. Mentorship and professional growth are integral to the MOTI culture, where surgeon in-services, co-worker in-services, and generous con-ed planning and budgeting help our therapists constantly improve and grow confident in new skill sets. MOTI accepts Medicare and many PPO's - we are an insurance-based practice that offers a premium patient experience through first-rate care and premium facilities and amenities. Being an in-network provider enables a broad and diverse spectrum of patient cases; and yet MOTI therapists are never asked to treat more than 2 patients per hour. POSITION DESCRIPTION: MOTI is currently searching for a Physical Therapist to join our growing practice. This PT will work closely with our team of other Doctors of Physical Therapy, our team of PT Aides, and our administration team to ensure that each client understands and performs the prescribed physical therapy regimens, so they can achieve the results they desire. The primary responsibilities of the DPT include: Deliver outstanding physical therapy to MOTI patients Help shape and sustain MOTI’s company culture built on Client Results, Integrity, Trust, Joyfulness, Business Performance, Collaboration and Teamwork Develop physical therapy and physical training programs Contributes to the safety and hygiene of the business CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: Fundamentally, MOTI PT qualifications consist of the skills, experiences, training, and attitude needed to perform the job responsibilities described in the Position Description above. The first qualification for a MOTI PT is to possess agenuine desire to help MOTI clientsand be committed to ensuring they accomplish their desired physical performance goals. And the PT must possess thecore physical therapy knowledge and skillsto deliver those desired results. Beyond that, objective qualifications include: Completed the Doctor of Physical Therapy at an accredited institution Hold a current Physical Therapy license in the State of California Trained in CPR and hold a current CPR Card Have met all continuing education requirements outlined by CPTA and APTA at each renewal period Specialization in pelvic health therapy is a plus Job Type: Full-time 401(k) Generous annual Continuing Education budget Company-sponsored health insurance Health Savings Account 10 paid Holidays per year Vacation PTO of 2 full weeks during first 2 years of employment.
