To support a growing team, the 100% remote Banking Customer Service Representative will manage client inquiries related to retirement plan payments and assist with payment options while working on a 12+ month contract. Key Responsibilities Responding to client inquiries regarding retirement plan payments, including periodic and non-periodic payments Assisting clients with understanding their payment options, such as lump sum distributions and rollovers Reprinting tax forms and verifying current record information as requested by clients Required Qualifications Experience in a call center environment handling inbound customer service inquiries Knowledge of retirement services, including health savings accounts and employee benefits plans Ability to work rotational and weekend shifts Strong communication skills and attention to detail Commitment to client satisfaction and service excellence
