About the Opportunity

A well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization serving Southwest Ohio is adding a Talent Acquisition Consultant to its internal HR team. This is a full-cycle recruiting role supporting multiple campuses and service lines across the region. The organization is people-first in culture - and they need a recruiter who reflects that from first contact through offer acceptance.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple open requisitions simultaneously - sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer delivery, and pipeline management
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through resume databases, networking platforms, cold outreach, and community partnerships
• Maintain consistent, timely communication with both candidates and hiring managers throughout each search
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current openings as well as anticipated future growth positions
• Develop and execute diverse sourcing strategies including mobile/email campaigns, job fairs, school partnerships, and community organizations
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to support employment branding initiatives across print, digital, and social media channels
• Deliver verbal and written offers; partner closely with hiring directors on negotiations and counter-offer situations
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and other recruitment systems
• Proactively identify and escalate sourcing barriers to senior leadership with recommended solutions
• Travel between facilities and community networking events as needed; hybrid schedule available post-onboarding

What You'll Need

• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
• Experience recruiting in healthcare, caregiving, nursing, behavioral health, or a comparable human services industry strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required; iCIMS experience is a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage high requisition volume in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable picking up the phone - proactive cold outreach and candidate engagement are core to this role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS or payroll platforms a plus
• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate and organizational data
• Willingness to travel locally between campuses and represent the organization at hiring events and job fairs
