Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Safety, Warehouse & Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting workplace safety, maintaining warehouse organization, and assisting with the management of company vehicles and fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have some experience in safety procedures, warehouse operations, and fleet coordination.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with implementing and maintaining workplace safety procedures

- Conduct basic safety checks and ensure compliance with company policies

- Maintain organization and inventory within the warehouse

- Coordinate incoming and outgoing materials and equipment

- Assist with tracking, scheduling, and maintaining company vehicles and fleet

- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, inspected, and documented

- Communicate with management regarding safety issues, inventory, and fleet needs

- Support daily operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Some experience in safety, warehouse operations, or fleet coordination preferred

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to lift and move materials when necessary

- Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and reports

- Valid driver's license required along with a clean driving record

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
