As an Operations Manager for Levy at Netflix House, you will lead venue food & beverage operations, drive service excellence, and champion innovation to bring hospitality to life in an immersive, guest‑centered environment. Detailed Responsibilities Maintaining positive guest relationships, including obtaining regular feedback through table visits and executing show quality standards Train and convey brand clarity through the menu, wine, and beverage knowledge Promote a positive work environment through hiring/selection of team members, maximizing productivity and morale through team member engagement, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels per business needs Maintain state, federal, and business compliance, including responsible alcohol service guidelines, safety and sanitation standards, and client requirements Engage in the financial goals of the operation with support from the General Manager Employ good safety and sanitation practices Follow and enforce responsible alcohol service policies Execute required daily reporting in a timely manner Execute inventory controls Ensure team members adhere to Levy guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbook Execute all menu requirements and fulfill all guest‑specific service requests Ensure all function setups and breakdowns are executed correctly, efficiently, and expeditiously Hold team accountable for the steps of service to deliver great guest service Ensure team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobs Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team members Promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale Conduct regularly scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team members Interview, hire, train, and develop team members according to Levy guidelines Display a positive attitude toward team members Other duties, as assigned Job Requirements 3+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred High level of computer literacy Passion for hospitality, food, and retail Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance/ AD Disability Insurance Retirement Plan Flexible Time Off Plan Paid Parental Leave Holiday Time Off (varies by site/state) Personal Leave Associate Shopping Program Health and Wellness Programs Discount Marketplace Identity Theft Protection Pet Insurance Commuter Benefits Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Associates may also be eligible for paid and/or unpaid time off benefits in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
