• Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine (ABEM, ABFM, ABIM)
• Licenses: Active Ohio license and DEA
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
• Certifications: ATLS required for ABFM/ABIM providers; ABEM providers must show prior ATLS documentation
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of emergency medicine experience
• Other Qualifications: Must have 10+ shift availability; complete credentialing requirements including peer references and verification

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to a diverse patient population in a Level 3 trauma center.
• Perform emergency procedures including intubation, suturing, central line placement, and other resuscitative measures.
• Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (NPPAs) and nursing staff.
• Manage patient admissions, observations (30% rate), and transfers (3.1% rate) as clinically indicated.
• Maintain active Ohio license, DEA, and hospital privileges; adhere to credentialing and privileging timelines.
