High Speed Electrical Validation Engineer Location: Bellevue, WA, US The base compensation range for this role is $68,911 - $161,544. We are expanding our hardware engineering team and looking to connect with experienced engineers who have strong expertise in high-speed hardware design, Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and platform validation activities. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications High-speed interface design and validation for PCIe Gen4/Gen5, USB 3.x, Ethernet, LPDDR4/LPDDR5, GDDR6/7 and DisplayPort SI/PI analysis including eye diagram validation, jitter analysis, impedance control, return path optimization, PDN validation, and high-speed channel debugging LPDDR5 memory architecture, routing constraints, timing analysis, training/debug concepts, and memory validation methodologies High-speed PCB design, stack-up planning, layout review, routing optimization, and board bring-up/debug activities System-level debugging and root-cause analysis for signal quality, interoperability, and performance-related issues Compliance and electrical validation using oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, VNAs, BERTs, and industry-standard validation tools Cross-functional collaboration with hardware, firmware, BIOS, validation, and platform architecture teams 7-10 Years of experience Strong understanding of high-speed design methodologies and production-quality hardware development processes Benefits Paid time off based on employee grade (A-F), defined by policy: Vacation: 12-25 days, depending on grade, Company paid holidays, Personal Days, Sick Leave Medical, dental, and vision coverage (or provincial healthcare coordination in Canada) Retirement savings plans (e.g., 401(k) in the U.S., RRSP in Canada) Life and disability insurance Employee assistance programs Other benefits as provided by local policy and eligibility Capgemini is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging inclusion in the workplace.
