Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team, practicing within the scope of the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards. Responsibilities Include Performing the nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation - using evidence-based practices and critical thinking. Delivering relationship-based, culturally competent care tailored to patient needs and involving patients and families in care planning. Ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating care, and promoting a respectful, inclusive environment. Collaborating with healthcare team members through interdisciplinary communication and supporting performance improvement initiatives. Serving as a preceptor or mentor, supporting professional development, and participating in research and evidence-based practice activities. Adhering to organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, while utilizing resources effectively. Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact). BLS certification required. Less than one year of clinical experience required; prior direct patient care preferred.
