Power Delivery Project Manager

Job Description

- Foster company culture and manage both internal and external relationships.

- Monitor project status, billing, accounts receivable, and non-invoiced items reports for each project.

- Collaborate with design teams to ensure project success.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team.

- Maintain schedules, lead project status meetings, manage budgets, and actively participate in proposal development and client interactions.

- Work primarily within Power Delivery, with possible collaboration between other departments depending on the project.

- Travel locally within the region to meet with clients.
Qualifications

- Familiarity with regional utilities (e.g., Duquesne)

- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

- Proven project management experience, including CPM scheduling, budget oversight, team leadership, proposal development, client engagement, and project presentations.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, engineering management, construction management, or a related field, or 10+ years of relevant professional experience in the electric power and communications sector.

- +10 years of experience in the industry, with at least 5 years in project management.

- Experience in managing small and medium-scale projects or leading engineering teams.

- Strong understanding of project management tools and processes

- General knowledge of transmission systems.
