About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Enterprise Technology Services to lead a transformative initiative in the technology that underpins patient care, research, and business operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with advancing the technology organization from a reactive, operational support model to a proactive, strategically aligned, and highly accountable one. This includes the successful delivery of a robust technology foundation, the management of complex vendor partnerships, and the modernization of core infrastructure, particularly in the cloud. The VP will be responsible for the technology services that enable the organization, providing leadership across various IT domains, and ensuring long-term operational excellence. The ideal VP will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in IT infrastructure within a complex healthcare setting. They must be adept at building and operating a mature service delivery model, establishing clear accountability, and leading the development of a cloud-first strategy. The role demands a leader who is a trusted partner, collaborative, and team-oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage technology resources in line with organizational priorities. The VP will also be accountable for maintaining a forward-looking technology roadmap that aligns with the evolving needs of the organization and the changing technology landscape.
