111 Sign a leading printing company is seeking a Remote Form Filler / Online Form Specialist to join our this role you will be responsible for completing submitting and tracking various online and paper forms crucial to our business operations. Precision and timeliness are key as any errors can lead to delays in permits orders or payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter customer order details artwork specifications and shipping information accurately into our order system.
• Complete online quote requests and order forms on behalf of the team.
• Verify customer information for accuracy and highlight any missing or unclear details.
• Fill out sign permit applications and necessary paperwork for installation projects.
• Gather required documents such as site plans drawings insurance certificates and licenses.
• Track application status and follow up with local offices as needed.
• Complete vendor registrations supplier account applications and other necessary forms.
• Keep company profiles and certifications up to date on various portals.
• Create and update business listings and online profiles for the company.
• Maintain a detailed log of all submitted forms including deadlines and confirmation numbers.
• Report weekly on the status of pending approved and rejected submissions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry administrative support or form processing.
• High attention to detail and a strong accuracy rate.
• Proficient in fast and accurate typing (45 WPM preferred).
• Excellent written English skills for form filling and proofreading.
• Comfortable with PDF forms e-signature tools and online portals.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines independently.
