Our Hurricane, WV office is currently looking for a highly motivated Project Manager with extensive experience in commercial, industrial, health care, institutional and/or university projects. The successful candidate will possess outstanding organizational, communication and problem-solving skills in order to successfully manage project budgets, schedules, staff, consultants and clients. Participation in business development activities is desirable.

Minimum Requirements:

· Degree in mechanical or civil engineering or construction Management with 7+ years of building experience after gaining professional degree.

· Able to build new and maintain existing client relationships.

· Proficient with scheduling programs such as Primavera P6, Sage, Microsoft Projects or similar project management-accounting software, Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

· 7+ years with primary authority to manage complex and/or large commercial construction projects

· Detail-oriented, methodical, meticulous, process-oriented; however, open to change and motivated by innovation

· Great collaborator and communicator – excellent verbal and written skills are important.

· Ambitious self-starter with get-it-done attitude who strives for results and performs well under pressure

· Good sense of humor

Responsibilities:

· Subcontract & purchase order scope development

· Project cost accounting setup

· Schedule of values

· Project scheduling, including self-performed work

· Prime and subcontract Administration

· Invoice review, coding and approval

· Monthly position reports, cost and schedule

· Owner & Engineer / Architect relations
