Nurse Recruiter Location: Omaha, NE — Onsite Compensation: $50,000 starting base salary plus commission! Nebraska First Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client seeking an experienced Nurse or LTC recruiter. If you have at least two to three years of nurse or LTC recruiting experience, preferred. This an opportunity offers a base salary plus an aggressive commission program, a defined path to a higher base salary, and benefits that include open PTO and a company-paid vacation benefit. What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs). Source candidates through an internal database, job boards, referrals, social media, and direct outreach. Interview healthcare professionals to understand their qualifications, career goals, and assignment preferences. Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and start dates. Partner with credentialing and onboarding teams to prepare candidates for assignments. Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals throughout their assignments. Keep accurate applicant tracking system records and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Required Qualifications Two to three years of long-term care or nurse recruiting experience. Experience managing the recruiting process from sourcing through placement. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and online recruiting platforms. Ability to work onsite in Omaha, Nebraska. Compensation & Benefits $50,000 starting annual base salary plus commission. Base salary increases to $60,000 after reaching 8 healthcare professionals actively on assignment, depending on margin. Medical, dental, and vision coverage through Blue Cross. Open paid time off after 90 days. Annual company-paid vacation benefit after one year of service.
