Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Special Project (Flushing, NY)

Pay : $17–$20/hour
Project Duration: 6–8 Weeks (with opportunity for ongoing placements)

 

We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a special short-term project supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in Flushing, NY. This is a great opportunity to make an impact while gaining access to long-term job openings once the project concludes.

 

Details:

• Duration: 6–8 weeks

• Pay Rate: $19–$20/hour

• All shifts available (day, evening, overnight, weekend)

• SCIP training will be provided

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

• CPR Certification (required)

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be reliable and compassionate

   

Once the project is complete, additional DSP job opportunities at other locations will be shared with those who perform well.
