Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or educational environment
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students ranging from preschool through high school
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Conduct therapy sessions in individual, group, or virtual formats as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and fellow specialists to ensure integrated support
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and regularly report outcomes
• Provide guidance and support to families and staff on effective communication strategies
