Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will support access control activities, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate with professionalism while reflecting our agile, reliable, and innovative culture built on teamwork and integrity.

Pay Rate: $16.54 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers by following site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the location, including entrances, loading areas, parking areas, docks, and perimeter points.
• Monitor the movement of trucks, trailers, deliveries, and visitors at entry and exit points, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift activity documentation, and communicate relevant updates regarding operational and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
