Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and solution-focused approach. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about our products and services to assist customers in their decision-making. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our inventory and company policies to provide accurate assistance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed and deliveries are timely. Document customer interactions and transactions thoroughly in the company’s CRM system. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the import or luxury retail industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations professionally. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A customer-centric attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
