Nurse (LPN or RN)

Role Overview Regency Prineville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a small community nursing home that values a family vibe. As an LPN or RN, you will provide medication assistance and administration, nursing services, staff training and supervision, and overall resident wellbeing. Responsibilities Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, medication assistance and administration, and other required care while encouraging self‑care and independence as permitted by state regulations. Train and supervise nursing and support staff and report to the director of nursing. Ensure care is delivered according to resident treatment and service plans. Follow infection control and safety procedures. Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation. Evaluate health emergencies and determine appropriate medical measures within RN scope of practice and state regulations. Support residents’ dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment. Qualifications Current LPN or RN license in good standing.
