As a key contributor at Kemco Systems (a CECO Environmental brand), you’ll fabricate and weld sheet metal components that support industrial water and environmental solutions worldwide. What You’ll Do

• Set up/operate a hydraulic press brake to form precision parts.
• Run plate rolls on 20 ga to 1/4" stock to achieve required radii and forms.
• Shear material, planning cuts to minimize scrap and optimize yields.
• MIG weld stainless and carbon steel from 20 ga to 3/8" plate.
• Shape over anvils/blocks/forms ; solder or weld to join assemblies.
• Deburr, smooth seams, and verify assemblies against specifications.
• Perform confined-space welding (including inside small tanks).
• Operate spot welders and related forming equipment.
• Apply or learn forming of pressed elbows, gorelocked elbows, collars, sleeves, tee branches, and reducers.
• Read and follow assembly prints and documented procedures.
• Support production with other assigned tasks.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED; trade/technical school preferred.
• 5+ years in sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math competency.
• Proficiency reading assembly prints/procedures.
• Punctual, self-directed, and team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Incumbents may be subjected to moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, vibrations, fumes, odors, dust, gases, poor ventilation, chemicals, oils, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions, intense noises, and travel. The facility is not air conditioned.
