Your Valued Skills

• Current valid CA RN license is mandatory.
• 2+ years current work experience in skilled Home Health and Patient Care coordination is a prerequisite.
• Proficiency in Wound Care, IVs and creating effective treatment plans much preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent qualifications.
