SuccessFactors Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant to support HR IT initiatives, with a primary focus on the SuccessFactors SaaS platform. This role will concentrate on key modules including Benefits, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation.

You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders—such as business users, technical teams, and project leadership—to deliver scalable, high-quality HR solutions in a global environment.

Job Title: IT_HR SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: Greensboro, US

Lead and support Benefits implementations within the U.S.

Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, managing both project-based and ongoing application support activities.

Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

Configure and parameterize SuccessFactors modules to meet organizational needs.

Drive application maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional roles including Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Product Managers.

Support capability development by identifying team training and skill-building opportunities.

Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to promote team collaboration and continuous improvement.

Lead stakeholder workshops and manage expectations effectively across regions.

Qualifications & Experience

Extensive experience as a SuccessFactors IT Consultant.

Strong expertise across modules including: Benefits, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation.

Deep understanding of HR processes and systems.

Proven ability to bridge business and technical requirements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and drive solution delivery.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
