What you may own

• Lead transaction execution, client communication, analysis, and junior team development.

• Build financial models, decision materials, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Coordinate diligence and execution across finance, legal, operating, and external teams.
• Identify material risks, value drivers, and unanswered questions early in a process.
• Present conclusions clearly to executives, investment committees, boards, or clients.
• Improve the templates, data sources, and operating processes used for recurring decisions.

What we are looking for

• Senior experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy, or corporate development.
• Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills with strong attention to detail.
• Sound judgment when evaluating incomplete or conflicting information.
• Experience managing confidential projects with executive visibility.
• Clear writing, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Compensation and location

The anticipated base salary range across represented Investment Banking Vice President searches in New York is $225,000 to $350,000 per year. Final compensation depends on the employer, scope, level, experience, and work arrangement and may include bonus, commission, or equity where applicable.
