We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Office Assistant/Marketing Staff to support daily office operations, marketing efforts, and social media presence. Assist with social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Support marketing initiatives such as designing flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials. Maintain and update client and business records. Assist with event planning and community outreach efforts. Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and scheduling. Other duties as assigned to support business operations. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Experience in marketing, social media, or office administration is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must pass a Level 2 background screening. Reliable transportation and ability to work independently. Why Join Us?
