OTR Flatbed Truck Driver, CDL-A

$1,505 - $2,175 per week

Job Overview

HMD Trucking is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers experienced with load securement and tarping for Flatbed positions. We offer steady freight, strong pay, and full support for every mile.

Qualifications

Active CDL Class A license
Flatbed experience
Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents

Compensation and Bonuses

Base pay: 70 cents per mile
Safety and productivity bonus: up to 10 cents per mile
$5,000 sign-on bonus
Pay for every load, regardless of whether a tarp is needed
Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
Weekly pay range: $1,505-$2,175

Equipment

Drivers operate late-model trucks, including Peterbilt 567 and Freightliner Cascadia models, all less than 3 years old. Features include:

Automatic transmission
Mid-roof sleeper cabins
Inverters and diesel-powered APUs
Mini fridges and storage
Comfortable combo sleeper
Removable rider seat

HMD has an in-house maintenance team to ensure reliability and quick service turnaround.
