A full-time Pharmacy Manager position is available at a retail location in Williamsport, PA, offering the opportunity to lead and manage pharmacy operations in a dynamic environment. This direct hire role features a varied schedule including 10 to 12-hour shifts, typically between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, providing a flexible workday structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a collaborative partnership with the store operations team to enhance associate engagement and communicate pharmacy and company strategies effectively.
• Ensure the accuracy and regulatory compliance of all prescriptions through thorough Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance measures.
• Manage the pharmacy department’s profitability and prescription growth by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Maintain inventory control by tracking sales trends, ordering pharmaceutical stock, and optimizing product availability.
• Align departmental performance with measurable metrics focusing on operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing medical inquiries and providing expert healthcare counseling.
• Supervise pharmacy staff, overseeing training, coaching, and discipline to foster a productive and compliant workplace.
• Maintain pharmacy security standards and manage customer issues to build trust and loyalty.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and use reference materials to resolve prescription-related questions.
• Oversee department organization, cleanliness, and ongoing staff development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm D degree.
• Current pharmacist license in Pennsylvania.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.
• Proven leadership and management skills in a pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory guidelines.
